Return Policy

We stand behind our products with every product satisfaction guaranteed. Please note that only products purchased on can be returned or exchanged. If you have purchased your product in store or on any other online platforms, please refer to their return policy.

  • All products may be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be in brand new condition (including but not limited to scratches or dents) and must be in original/sell-able condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and box with all tags attached and user manual and accessories included.
  • Return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) provided by a customer service agent.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the products.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
